The prominence of rural values is the most significant characteristic of the changing relationship between urban and rural areas，and linguistic landscape serves as an important aspect to explore these values.The paper documents the construction process of rural linguistic landscapes through ethnographic writing.Using the decade-long development of Hebian Village in Yunnan as a case study，it systematically demonstrates how traditional villages better connect with the external market and enhance rural values through the modernization of linguistic systems.By showcasing the practices of linguistic landscape construction that support rural revitalization and rural values，It provides a new perspective on the enhancement of rural values through linguistic landscapes，while also making innovative attempts in the methodology of rural language sociology.The study finds that the rural linguistic landscape possesses multiple attributes——political，economic，and social——that transcend its instrumental function of information transmission，while also serving a symbolic function that embodies rural values.Implementing rural revitalization strategies necessitates enhancing rural values，which requires an intelligent intervention from the perspective of linguistic landscape.It is essential to pay attention to the policy orientation of national and local government administration，respond to the socio-economic value system of cities and markets，and focus on the local emotional expression of rural areas and farmers.The research indicates that the construction of rural linguistic landscape should not only emphasize the integration and development of traditional values and ethnic communities but also cultivate a linguistic landscape system aimed at enhancing rural values and serving rural revitalization.
