This paper takes highway as an example to analyze the benefits and shortcomings of market supplying system of mixed goods.In the short term,a part of sectors develop quite fast.While in the long run,market supplying system would hold up the development of economy.Government has to return the public character to these goods by the following ways:setting up new mechanism of cost; collecting funds by general budget or issuing public bonds.
