Abstract:The relationship plays an important role in rural dispute resolution. In rural mediation, interpersonal relationships are closely associated with the types of disputes as well as the effects of solution. Possessing different social relations and social capital, the mediation parties and the third parties have different needs and abilities to mobilize in the mediation. Relationship in meditation affects the third party's choice, which solution to choose and its effects. Only under the full consideration of the relationship can meditation fully repair the social order and the interpersonal relationship. And the effects of meditation can be fully evaluated only in case of specific interpersonal relationships.
