There are two different attitudes towards the reasonableness of current land system in China.The author’s book Logic of Land Ownership basically affirms the reasonableness of current rural land system and land requisition system,but this book also criticizes the thought of radical land system reform by academic circles and policy- making deparments.Logic of Land Ownership holds a positive attitudes towards the present land system,while professor Zhou Qiren,the representative figure of radical land system reform proposes his counter- criticism.This paper is the response to professor Zhou’s counter- criticism.Such repsonse mainly focuses on paradox of farmer’s land rights,reasonableness of rural land requisition system,value of construction land and methodology of social sciences.
