Abstract:Based on the research materials of ruralcommerce demonstration project in 87 counties of 13 provinces, this paper analyzes the problems of agricultural products driven by government projects. “Internet plus” strategy provides a trial and error space for the development of county agricultural products e-commerce. It is proved that “S2B2C” supply chain management model has an obvious effect on online sales of agricultural products. However, most county governments have not realized the importance of supply chain management for agricultural products. There are four main problems, such as lagging behind of governance, defectiveness of public service networks, lack of public brands for agricultural products and insufficiency of investment in cold chain infrastructure. Therefore,in order to effectively promote the online sales of agricultural products, governments should push forward the “public-private partnership”,build up integrated public services, pay attention to brand marketing and optimize the supply chain management.
