Abstract:How to break through the predicament of inefficiencies of e-commerce of agricultural products is an urgent problem.Based on the resource-based theory,this paper builds a model of the factors affecting firm financial performance in the context of e-business of agricultural products from the perspectives of market-response agility and adaptation agility.It further discusses how the three factors,technology capability,management capability and talent capability,affect the firm financial performance internally.The empirical results indicate that organizational agility plays an important mediating role.More precisely,all the three factors mentioned above positively affect organizational agility and talent capability does most.Organizational agility positively affects financial performance.Therefore,firms should effectively and rationally allocate technology,talent and management resources to improve organizational agility and obtain competitive advantages and economic benefits.
