Based on the data of 985 farm household surveys in Hubei province,this paper employes the Poisson Model and analyzes the effect of capital endowment and sense of village belonging on farmers’ participation in rural environmental governance.The results show that:Capital endowment and sense of village belonging have positive effects on farmers’ environmental governance participation behaviors.The sense of village belonging plays a significant positive regulating role in the influence of capital endowments on farmers’ rural environment governance behaviors.The stronger the sense of village belonging is,the stronger the driving force of capital endowment on farmers’ participation.The suggestions for improvement are put forward to comprehensively enhance the level of capital endowment and reinforce the sense of village belonging.
