文章分析了以政府为主体的中国风险投资格局形成的原因及其弊端,提出在市场经济下,中国应建立以民间资本为主体的风险投资发展模式。

Abstract:

This paper analyses the cause and disadvantages of government-oriented venture investment in China.It also suggests that venture investment should be non-government oriented in China under market economy.
