乡镇政府与村民委员会的关系问题是村民自治中最突出、最重要的问题之一。本文主要探讨村民自治背景下乡镇政府与村民委员会的关系的实际情况、产生乡(镇)村关系不协调的根源,在此基础上,提出了解决两者关系达到理想状态的措施。

Abstract:

One of the most prominent and important problems of the villager autonomy is the relationship between town government and villagers' committees.This paper discusses the real conditions of the relationship between the town government and villager committee
