随着我国高等教育形势的发展和创新人才培养目标的要求,要求高校树立“以人为本”管理理念,营造“以人为本”的现代管理氛围,创新教学管理制度,创立人本管理机制,引进激励、竞争机制,充分调动教师教学改革的积极性和主动性,推进教学管理创新。
