Based on the informationization construction of colleges and universities,this paper analyzed the development and use of information resources in colleges and universities,pointed out some common problems and summarized the mode of developing and using in colleges and universities.Finally some countermeasure on how to effectively develop and use information resources are put forward in this paper.
