This paper analyzed the characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises,and presented the innovation of the organizational structure of human resources(HR) in knowledge-based enterpriese.When designing a management system for human resources in knowledge-based enterprises,the features and demands of knowledgeable employees must be fully taken into consideration.Meanwhile,this paper presented some advice of the management mode innovation of HR in knowledge-based enterprises.
