This paper analyzes the problems existed in the current development of postgraduate's education and points out some countermeasures to guarantee the quality of postgraduate 's education,such as,reforming examining mode,actualizing flexible educational system,establishing invigorative mechanism,stopping blindly expansion of enrollment,and strengthening the construction of tutor team.
