Education quality of graduate student is the key to the continuous development of graduate student education in China.Some new characteristics and varieties of graduate student education and developing trends of graduate student education in 21 century of the world had been analyzed in this paper,the basic frame of education quality assurance system for engineering technology graduate student of agricultural colleges have been made up,some measurements and countermeasures on improving education quality for engineering technology graduate student of agricultural colleges had been put forward in this paper.
