摘要:

分析了农村非正规金融存在的必然性,介绍了理论界对农村非正规金融达成的共识,借鉴国际国内相关经验,提出了农村非正规金融政策措施。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the inevitability and common idea from theory in informal rural finance.Then this paper put forward some measures on informal rural finance by using relevant experience of informal rural finance home and abroad from the perspective of the historical evolvement.
