The establishment of eco-attitude and implementation of the green management practices determine the extent and level of green hotels.Through factor components analysis and through the establishment of the measuring indicators system of eco-attitude and green management,this paper made an empirical analysis on the star hotel of Hubei province and drew a conclusion that the building and managing level of China's green hotels was still in its initial stage.
