This paper first analyzes the major problems in China's general libraries,introduces Supply Chain Management(SCM) theory and its relevant constructive methods,then this paper constructs library supply chain mode based on the business process in library management,and finally this paper puts forward some countermeasures on the use of SCM idea in library management innovation.
