The election at expiration of office terms for village-level leaders in most villages and towns was finished in 2008.This paper pointed out the problems existed in the current village-level leaders and analyzed the main causes for these problems.Finally this paper put forward the specific countermeasures on how to improve the quality of village-level leaders in China.
