摘要:

全面质量管理(TQM)在许多领域得到广泛应用。将TQM 的核心理念贯穿于教学质量标准体系、运行体系和监控体系之中,是高校加强教学质量管理的科学途径。在教学管理过程中,运用PDCA循环程序,把教学质量管理的决策系统、实施系统、监控系统和处理系统有机结合起来,形成闭合型质量管理链,使教学质量在各个环节的相互促进中不断改进和持续提高。

Abstract:

Thetotalqualitymanagement(TQM)iswidelyusedinmanyfields.ItwillbeaneffectivemeasuretoimplementthescientificmanagementinuniversitiestoapplythecoreconceptofTQMto theteachingqualitystandardsystem,runningsystemandmonitoringsystem.Inteachingmanagement, theappicationofPDCAcycleorderwillconnecttheteachingmanagementdecision-makingsystem,the implementationsystem,monitoringsystem andprocessingsystem organicallysoastoform aclosed teachingqualitymanagementchain.Inthisway,thequalityofteachingwillbeconstantlyimprovedin theprocessofinteractionandbettermentofeverysysteminthechain.
