As farmers are the main part of the construction of new countryside,their moral quality is directly producing an effect on the harmony of rural community and the process of the constructing new countryside.From the political,economic,cultural and social aspects,this paper analyzes the realistic value of intensifying the education of moral consciousness of the farmer in the construction of new countryside,thoroughly thinks over the path of intensifying the education of moral consciousness of the farmer,puts forward the principles of keeping the farmers as the main part and village committee as the leadership,with the follows in correct position giving full play of their roles:Party committees and government departments,mass media and the third sector,colleges and universities and research scholars.
