Migration of women due to marriage will lead to the collective membership changes,so in the re-definition of property rights,these women’s land rights will be faced with uncertainty.At present，the mechanism of women’s land rights protection includes the law,village collective land institutional arrangements and women’s individual behavior and so on.In the context of the current system,many operation problems exist in the protection mechanisms for rural women’s land rights,which will weaken the effects of the protection of rural women’s land rights.
