A sample survey has been made on land-transferring from 240 households in 6 technology demonstration areas of the new rural construction in Gansu Province,and its result show that the basic situation of land-transferring in Gansu Province reveal features as follows:1.The land transferring is small-scaled,with non-standard agreements and follows the same flowing pattern; 2.The factors which influence land-transferring include per capita arable land area,farmers' personality,agricultural labor-transferring and the adjustment of agricultural structure and production scale.On the basis of survey and analysis,this paper gives some policy recommendations for the promotion of farmland transferring.
