This paper first makes a statistic analysis of the contribution of the private enterprises’ export to the economic growth in Zhejiang province,and then introduces export and GDP variables to build panel data models using eleven cities’ statistical data of Zhejiang Province,and makes empirical studies upon the influence of the private enterprises’ export on the GDP.By foreandaft comparing from development periods view and the traverse comparison with different ownership enterprises,it concludes that the private enterprises’ export plays an important role in the economic growth.
