Abstract:Volunteer-recruiting and training is an important part of the organizational management system for college volunteers.Volunteers’ quality,ability and attitude have a direct influence on the quality and level of the voluntary work,and thus how to recruit and train college volunteers becomes an urgent subject for college volunteers’ management and organization.From the aspects of both theory and practice,the author of this paper elaborates the problems,principles and methods of volunteer-recruiting and training so as to make this study offer some reference to the sound and orderly development of college voluntary work.
