This paper makes an interpretation on the economic,cultural and social effect of the engagement economy,which is polynary,noncompatible,and dual,and puts forward the idea of increasing farmers’ revenue in harmonious ways.This idea focuses on the harmony as well as the sustainability and the synthetic effect of the strategy of revenue increase for farmers,and the paper wants to bring out a good suggestion to develop the ability of agriculture and its comparative advantage.Meanwhile,the mode of agriculture and rural life should be improved and new nonagricultural methods should be created to increase farmers’ revenue.
