Cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability is the basic task for higher education.College students’ quality education of technological innovation is a complicated and systematic education process.This paper analyzes the practice and exploration of college students’ quality education of technological innovation both from home and abroad and points out that it is necessary to work out four main contradictions in order to improve the effects of college students’ quality education of technological innovation:contradiction between innovative education and traditional education model,contradition between S &T innovative practice and allocation of teaching resources,contradition between individualization of S &T innovation and rigidity standard of teaching management and contradiction between simplicity and systematic need of S &T innovative quality education.This paper finally discusses five systems on how to construct quality education of S &T innovation for college students.
