Abstract:Labor relation is the center for the modern society to operate.Therefore,the imbalance of employee-employer relations not only affects the economic development,but also endangers social harmony and stability.Based on the brief analysis on status quo,problems and causes of labor relations of China in the tansitional period,this paper adopts comparative analysis to summarize the experiences of dealing with labor relations in developed countries.Combined with the actual situation in the field of labor relations,this paper proposes several governance models on how to coordinate labor relations: change the role and behavior of the union;establish a sound legal system of labor relations and perfect the relevant labor system;define the tripartite subjects of labor relations and establish tripartite coordination mechanism; strengthen the responsibilities of government in coordinating labor relations and intensify supervision.
