It is the double requirements in theory and practice to strenghten leading force of socialist core value system and play important role in leading current social ideological trends.The leading force of socialist core value system includes guiding force of Marxism,concentrating force of common ideal,inspiring force of national spirit and time spirit and influencing force of socialist concept of honor and disgrace.Strenghtening leading force of socialist core value system,based on the principles of dialectical materialism,needs to find the accurate point from the general situation,attach importance to humane care and leading force in social norms and guide the masses to selfeducate and consciously perform their duties in order to imporve the effectiveness of leading force.This paper tries to remedy the defects in the study on leading force of socialist core value system from academic and theoretical circles.
