Abstract:Based on the cross-sectional data from sample survey of consumers in Wuhan city,this paper analyzes the perception of consumer on GMF health risks and ecological environmental risks,and studies the main factors influencing risk perception by using classification of Ordered Logistic Regression Model.The result shows that most consumers show a neutral attitudes towards risk perception on GMF health and ecological environment,and education,whether it is involved in biotechnology occupation or not,understanding of GMF,sources of information,understanding of advantages and disadvantages of GMF,focuses of food labeling and trust degree on GMF all have significant impact on perception of health risks and ecological risks.
