The problems of the new generation of migrant workers are the essential part of the current social management work,and how to promote their employability is the core of improving their surviving situation and the development environment.Based on the survey of 6 counties in Hubei province,this paper studied the employment will of the new generation of migrant workers and the factors that put much impact on employment will.The research discovered that the working from countryside to city，the employment opportunities,the service industry character,the technical level of industry and the fund support had important effect on the employment tendency of the new generation of migrant workers，whereas their employability depended on the factors such as the cultural quality,the professional skills,the work tolerance,the policy cognition degree,the information channel and so on.From these five aspects such as promoting educational degree,improving skills,increasing tolerance,improving the concern about policy,expanding the information channel,the author put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on improving their employability on the current situation.
