Abstract:There are significant differences in education, work purposes, urban identity, lifestyle and job expectations between the new generation and the first generation of migrant workers. However, current policy blocks the citizenization process of new generation of migrant in the practice.Therefore, importance should be attached to the policy of integrating the cities by the new generation of migrant workers. In particular, it is quite essential to promote institutional reforms characterized with the new generation of migrant workers , innovate social management system and improve educational and training system.
