Abstract:Based on literature review,this paper analyzes characteristics of the times of “post 90s”college student cadres from the following three aspects.First,they are growing up with favorable conditions and have firm ideals and beliefs; second,they have increasingly diversified values and focus on the expression of personal values; finally,they have strong comprehensive ability and are easy to accept new things.Based on the three kinds of need theory,this paper puts forward the ways on how to perfect incentive management of college student cadres.Firstly,it is important to carry out the mission education,set up typical outstanding examples and focus on spiritual encouragement to meet the needs for achievements of college student cadres.Secondly,it is essential to implement the target management and authorize appropriately to meet the need for the power.Lastly,it is necessary to strengthen the guidance and career planning,construct the organizational culture to meet the need for affiliation of college student caders.
