As for the law consciousness, the majority of farmers think that most current laws in China are equitable. Most farmers believe that the law can protect their legal rights and they could also obey the law generally. From this viewpoint, at present stage, farmers in China have not only made great progress in law consciousness , but also made a big stride approaching to the modern law consciousness. However, affected by certain factors especially by power and money, small number of farmers hold unexpected ideas and viewpoints. Therefore, there is a long way to go to construct the rule of law in rural areas, which still needs both the law-executors and farmers to make joint efforts.
