Abstract:Research on the coupling coordination relationship between the lowcarbon use of land and the efficient use of land, is conducive to the rational and efficient allocation of land resources, and land use in an efficient and lowcarbon way. This paper takes Wuhan city circle as an example to separately establish the evaluation index system of lowcarbon use of land and the system of efficient use of land. Then, the lowcarbon utilization level and the efficient utilization level from 2005 to 2013 are evaluated by the method of entropy weight. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of space and time difference, the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree are analyzed by coupling degree and coupling degree model. The result shows that there is an increase in the lowcarbon utilization level and the efficient utilization level as time goes by yet the degree of increase varies from region to region. In terms of spatial characteristic, lowcarbon use and efficient use of land, the coupling coordination degree of which is strengthening in an orderly manner, show the feature of positive correlation and aggregation somehow. Finally, the paper proposes to use the land in a lowcarbon and efficient way by methods of flexible policy making and using, new land use models and radioactive effect of Wuhan city circle.
