Abstract:Based on the nationwide survey data of female migrant workers,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of female migrant worker’s rights-defending behavior from individual characteristics,deprivation,social capital and level of rights protection through establishing binary logistical regression model.The result shows that absolute and relative deprivation,social organization and relatives and fellow workers of social relation have significant impacts on the rights-defending.In the rights selection,the workers who were born before 1979,have high level of education,nonmass identity,low absolute deprivation and labor contract are more inclined to take institutionalized rights-defending.And then this paper suggests that female migrant workers can defend their rights in institutionalized way through enhancing human capital and social capital,improving labor system and labor relations.
