Abstract:This paper constructs the framework and estimating system of carbon effect from farmers’ level, and quantitatively analyzes the data obtained from the field research to determine the comprehensive carbon effects on farmer’ s production project. The result shows that the comprehensive carbon effects were different between different production projects, and the characteristics of specific production project distribution were different too.The effect of carbon emissions mainly concentrated on production projects of corn, eggplant, apple, locust and sheep, which is embodied in the agricultural input, agricultural energy input, farmland utilization, agricultural waste treatment, livestock and poultry breeding mainly caused by chemical fertilizer, manure, pesticides and agricultural film investment and crop straw and firewood burning, targeted to carry out the work of agricultural greenhouse gas emission reduction which was beneficial to improve the efficiency of emission reduction. The carbon sink effect came from the vegetation layer, litter layer and soil layer carbon sequestration, and 79.17% of the carbon sink was derived from soil layer,92.38% of the carbon sink was concentrated on ecologic forest and grass production projects with the optimal carbon ecological efficiency.Livestock and poultry breeding project had the best carbon economic efficiency, the carbon emissions of the project was offset by the amount of carbon sink produced by feed crops.Herbaceous economic crop had optimal carbon production efficiency, but the intensity and density of carbon emission was the largest, which leads to a loss of net carbon sink 136.498tC.In addition to the herb economic crops, other projects had shown a positive net carbon sink effect, and the ecologic forest and grass production projects gave the most prominent contribution. In general, the net carbon sink effect was very well.
