      基于内蒙古116户自繁自育肉牛养殖户的调查数据,利用SFA模型测算不同规模养殖户在繁殖和育肥阶段的技术效率及其稳定性。结果表明:牛犊繁育阶段和育肥阶段均存在技术损失,规模户在育肥环节存在显著优势,散户则在牛犊繁育阶段具有优势,小规模养殖户的技术效率稳定性最好,科技示范户的养殖技术效率显著高于非示范户。提出未来肉牛产业需要走基础母牛小规模养殖、育肥专业化、区域化发展的道路,通过散户和小规模户参与、分享产业链的价值增值,提高基础母牛产能,加大技术推广力度,改善繁育效率、育肥环节规模效益水平,提高我国肉牛产业竞争力。
英文摘要:
      Based on the empirical data of 116 beef cattle family farmers in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the SFA Model,this paper measured the technical efficiency and stability of different scale farmers in breeding and fattening. The results show that there are technical losses in breeding stage and fattening stage,and the scale family farm has a significant advantage in the fattening stage,while the small scale farm has the advantage in the calf breeding stage and stability of the technical efficiency. The technological efficiency of technology demonstration households is significantly higher than that of non demonstration households. The development of beef cattle industry depends on the cows breeding in small scale,fattening specialization and regional production,and increasing the inventory of basic breeding cows through the sharing of added value in the industry chain by backyard and small scale farm,strengthening the technology extension to promote the reproduction efficiency,scale benefits in fattening and improving the competiveness of China’s beef cattle industry.
