    摘要:

    基于随机前沿生产函数模型,利用华东地区六省1978—2015年的面板数据,分析华东农业全要素生产率增长及分解部分的变化趋势。结果表明:1978—2015年,华东地区农业全要素生产率年均增长率为4.59%,依次呈现出递减、递增、平稳的变化趋势;农业技术进步是全要素生产率增长的主要动力;技术效率是华东农业全要素生产率增长的主要阻碍因素,呈逐年下降的趋势;规模效率对农业增长阻碍作用不明显;要素配置效率对经济增长有促进作用即存在结构红利,但不显著。据此提出加大农业技术创新投入,提高农业产出效率;加快农业固定资产投资体制改革,盘活存量、优化增量;优化资源配置,提高农业供给体系的质量和效率等建议。

    Abstract:

    Based on the stochastic frontier production function model and the use of six provincial panel data from 1978 to 2015 in East China,the trend of agricultural total factor productivity growth and decomposition trends in East China were analyzed. The structure shows that from 1978 to 2015,the annual growth rate of agricultural TFP in East China was 4.59%,showing a decreasing,increasing and steady trend successively; the growth of agricultural technological progress was the main driving force for the growth of TFP; the technical efficiency,declined year by year,was the obstructive factor of agriculture in East China. The effect of scale to impede agricultural growth was not obvious; the factor allocation effect had a positive effect on economic growth in the form of structural dividend,but not significant. Based on this,this paper proposed to increase investment in agricultural technology innovation,raise the efficiency of agricultural output,accelerate the reform of the agricultural fixed assets investment system,and activate the optimization of incremental stocks; optimize resource allocation and improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural supply systems.
