Bribery,an important social issue affecting grassroots democracy and grassroots governance,urges for governance.Based on the empirical research of local government bribery governance practice,this paper analyzed the basic components of bribery governance,and constructed an analytical framework of “institutional regulation=institutional network×enforcement mechanism×execution willingness”.Within this framework,this paper elaborated on three bribery governance mechanisms,namely the construction mechanism of institutional networks,the implementation mechanism of multi-subject linkage,and the dynamic mechanism of execution willingness.Mutually interlinked,the three mechanisms constructed an integrated institutional regulation approach.
