The Tobit model and OLS regression were used to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural land rights determination on the rural labor transfer within the rural division of labor based on the micro-survey data of 2 232 households in Yangshan County and Xinfeng County of Guangdong Province.The study demonstrates that the integration and confirmation of rights promote the intra-agricultural transfer of rural labor.This promotion was strengthed by the degree of socialized service while weakened by the degree of marketization .Therefore,in the practice of defining farmland property rights,qualified areas should be encouraged to implement land replacement and integration,reduce the degree of fragmentation of land,and strengthen the construction of agricultural socialization service market,so as to accelerate the process of rural labor transfer within agriculture.
