研究了Cd^2+胁迫对玉米幼苗生长和生理生化的影响。结果表明,随着Cd^2+浓度的增加和Cd^2+毒害时间的延长,SOD和CAT活性降低,POD活性增强,蛋白质含量下降,膜脂过氧化作用加剧(MDA含量上升),质膜透性增大,幼苗的生长受到抑制。
