    Abstract:

To investigate the metabolic effects of NOX related genes on Coniothyrium mintans,LC MS based metabolomics analysis was applied to detect the metabolites of mutant Qnox1-6 and the wild strain zs-1.The study shows that fourteen substances are significantly different between the two strains, most of which are carboxylic acids and glycosides. And seven metabolites only exist in the mutant strain, including hydroquinone, coniferine, saponin, three carboxylic acids and one other substance. These metabolites, which are closely related to the parasitism of C. mintans againstS. sclerotiorum.
