Abstract:采集湖北大冶城郊铜绿山矿区附近菜园土壤,进行耐重金属细菌的筛选,获得了对铜和镉离子抗性较强的细菌菌株,抗性水平达3 mmol/L/。以红壤胶体、褐土胶体和高岭石为材料,应用亚甲基蓝吸附法测定细菌、土壤胶体颗粒以及细菌胶体复合体的比表面积。结果表明,细菌的比表面积为145 m2/g,与褐土胶体比表面积相当,分别是红壤胶体和高岭石的3.5和7倍。细菌的引入,使供试的褐土胶体、红壤胶体和高岭石体系的比表面积分别增大5.1、3.3和1.9 m2/g,增长率分别为3.0%、8.0%和8.7%。细菌对红壤胶体和高岭石体系比表面积增长率的贡献大于褐土胶体体系。

Abstract:以豆油作为唯一碳源,经过2个月驯化后筛选获得具有高效油脂降解能力的细菌1株,编号为S16,经鉴定为芽孢杆菌。对影响S16降解能力的几个因素进行了初步研究,结果表明,在初始pH为7.0,初始含油量为400mg/mL,摇床转速为200r/min,培养温度30℃条件下,该菌株生长旺盛,发酵72h后对豆油的降解率可以达到73.5%。

Abstract:采用菌落计数法测定氟苯尼考对禽多杀性巴氏杆菌的体外抗菌药后效应(PAE)、抗菌后亚抑菌浓度效应(PA-SME)及亚抑菌浓度效应(SME)。结果显示:氟苯尼考在2~8 MIC(μg/mL)范围内对禽多杀性巴氏杆菌的PAE为1.31~5.01 h,PA-SME为1.66~24.20 h,SME为0.05~1.31 h;其PAE受药物浓度、细菌接触时间及接种量的影响。结果提示:临床应用氟苯尼考治疗禽多杀性巴氏杆菌病时,应结合药代动力学参数和MIC及PAE,制订给药方案。

Abstract:探讨鳗鲡外周血淋巴细胞转化试验的最优条件,为鳗鲡的细胞免疫研究提供方法。通过对培养时间、培养温度、小牛血清和刀豆蛋白A(ConA)浓度4个参数的测定,初步确定了鳗鲡外周血淋巴细胞转化试验四甲基偶氮唑(MTT)法的培养条件。结果表明,在培养时间60 h和68 h,培养温度为18.0℃、24.0℃、30.0℃,RPMI细胞培养液中小牛血清浓度为5%、10%和15%,ConA浓度为0μg/mL、2.5μg/mL、5μg/mL和10μg/mL的范围内,淋巴细胞于18.0℃、含10μg/mL ConA和15%小牛血清的营养液中培养68 h后可获得相对最好的淋巴细胞转化效果。

Abstract:报道了口服免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)对中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)非特异性免疫功能影响的研究结果。试验中共设6个组,在各组饵料中免疫多糖的添加量依次为每千克鳖重0 mg(对照组)5、00.0 mg(试验I组)、1 000.0 mg(试验Ⅱ组)、1 500.0 mg(试验Ⅲ组)2、000.0 mg(试验Ⅳ组)和2 500.0 mg(试验Ⅴ组)。投喂28 d后,取其血液,测定了中华鳖血液中白细胞的吞噬活性、血清溶菌活力和补体活性。研究结果表明,试验I~Ⅲ组中华鳖白细胞吞噬活性和溶菌酶的活性均显著高于对照组(t测验,P<0.05),而试验Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组与对照组中华鳖血液中白细胞的吞噬活性和溶菌酶活性没有显著差异(t测验,P>0.05),补体C3和C4活性最高的是投喂量为每千克鳖重1 000.0 mg和1 500.0 mg的第Ⅱ组与第Ⅲ组,2个组与对照组间存在显著差异(t测验,P<0.05),而第Ⅰ组、第Ⅳ组和第Ⅴ组与对照组之间无显著性差异(t测验,P>0.05)。研究结果证明在中华鳖饵料中添加免疫多糖(酵母细胞壁)的量以每千克鳖重1 000.0 mg左右为宜,超过1 500.0 mg对中华鳖的免疫刺激作用会逐渐降低。

Abstract:从银杏外种皮中提取银杏酚酸,对银杏酚酸的抗肿瘤活性进行了研究。结果表明:银杏酚酸浓度为10,20,40 mg/kg.d时,对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为38.93%,42.90%和62.94%,40 mg/kg.d的抑瘤率超过了阳性对照药物Cy;银杏酚酸使荷瘤小鼠的胸腺重量减轻,但无明显差异,中低剂量组能显著提高荷瘤小鼠脾脏的重量,但高剂量组却减轻脾脏重量;银杏酚酸能抑制人宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖,并呈时间和药物浓度的依赖性,当银杏酚酸浓度为24 mg/L时,对Hela细胞的增殖抑制率超过70%。

Abstract:利用猪传染性胸膜肺炎灭活菌苗免疫日本大耳兔得到猪传染性胸膜肺炎抗血清,将血清用饱和硫酸铵粗提IgG后,经DEAE-sephadex-A50低压层析系统纯化,以此得到IgG作为配基包被酶标板,对噬菌体随机十二肽库进行3轮不同条件的富集筛选,通过改变筛选条件,噬菌体的回收率从5.76×10-5增加到了1.69×10-2,P/N值逐步提高;随机挑取10个噬菌斑进行扩增,用ELISA检测其免疫活性,结果有6个阳性克隆与纯化的IgG有较强的特异性结合能力;对筛选到的6个阳性克隆提取ssDNA进行测序,并分析其氨基酸序列,其中5个克隆所递呈的序列一致,用Blastp软件进行分析,2种类型的氨基酸序列之间无同源性,且未发现同源性50%以上的序列,提示该短肽可能模拟了猪传染性胸膜肺炎菌体的特异的抗原表位。

Abstract:以80μg/mL、40μg/mL、20μg/mL、10μg/mL浓度的丙环唑处理斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura)细胞,48 h后细胞中蛋白质含量分别降低了95.39%、89.87%、61.30%、35.79%。以每虫0.5μg剂量的丙环唑注射斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫,处理后48 h,试虫血淋巴总糖量及蛋白质含量分别降低了20.11%、12.12%;每虫1.0μg剂量下,则分别降低了51.94%、43.23%;每虫0.5μg和1.0μg剂量的丙环唑注射处理后,斜纹夜蛾幼虫体重显著降低。结果表明,丙环唑对斜纹夜蛾细胞和幼虫的生理指标均有影响。

Abstract:以水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)为供试菌,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了柠檬酸、草酸、水杨酸、乙酸、丙酸、山梨酸对多菌灵的增效作用。试验结果表明,供试有机酸对多菌灵都有增效作用,当多菌灵与有机酸质量比为1∶2时其配比最合理。盆栽试验结果表明,草酸、柠檬酸对多菌灵的增效作用最明显,500 mg/L多菌灵原粉与有机酸以质量比为1∶2混配使用后,防效分别为80.26%、65.51%,优于对照药剂50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂在同样浓度的防效(36.22%)。

Abstract:通过室内抗菌活性试验发现:农抗A9901Ⅰ号素对多种植物病原菌有较强的抑菌活性,对番茄叶霉病菌、稻谷弯孢霉菌、甘蔗凤梨病菌、大麦条纹病菌、稻瘟病菌、油菜菌核病菌等表现了强的抑菌活性,MIC值均在0.4μg/mL以下;对啤酒酵母也表现了强的抑菌活性,但对多种细菌未表现出明显作用。田间试验结果表明农抗A9901Ⅰ号素对油菜菌核病、水稻穗颈瘟病、草莓灰霉病等都有有较好的防治效果,其中使用浓度为200μg/mL时对草莓灰霉病的防治效果达到了82.55%。
